1. Discovery & Assessment

In the first phase of our engagement, our team conducts a detailed audit of your organizational data and analytics ecosystem, in addition to addressing key business objectives.
 
As part of Discovery & Assessment, we interview all relevant stakeholders, audit data and KPIs, and evaluate existing capabilities and resources, including system implemntations, processes, vendors, and team structure, to assess the ideal state for your business and determine the initial project requirements.

2. Opportunity Mapping

After determining the strategy, data and analytical baselines and the desired goal for your organization, we work with your team to agree on priorities and architect a plan of attack.
 
During this phase, we perform path exploration, research vendors, determine possible solutions, provide recommendations, and establish an implementation roadmap, including goals, milestones, and tasks.
 
Recommended solutions may include new processes and tools, KPI refinement, reporting and visualization, modeling and forecasting, testing and learning.

3. Implementation & Delivery

Once we determine the plan of attack, we move to project kick-off meetings and implementation of the agreed scope. During this final phase, we may provide guidance and support on:

 

  • Vendor engagement and onboarding

  • Data collection and preparation

  • Reporting and visualization

  • Team mentoring and capability development

  • Modeling, validation, and forecasting

  • Learnings and insights for planning and activation

  • Testing and optimization

Additionally, we perform a project completion analysis and review, to evaluate the resulting outcomes and provide additional recommendations.
